Kristin Lied is a seasoned strategic consultant with over 25 years of experience in business and organizational development and communication. Currently, Kristin serves as the CEO of Cardiolife, a MedTech company focused on developing AI software for the automatic interpretation of Electrocardiograms (ECG). Kristin founded Opportuna, a consultancy specializing in strategy and change management, and has held various executive advisory roles in both the public and private sectors. Previously, Kristin was the Head of Communication for The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration and has been involved in multiple Board positions, including the Advisory Board for Humans for Humans, which provides mental health support for survivors of human trafficking. Kristin is also pursuing degrees in Media and Information and Political Science.
