Sharene Herdman is a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of progressive leadership experience across various HR disciplines. Sharene served as VP of Human Resources at Cardinal Health, where Sharene currently partners with international HR teams to drive global talent and culture strategies. Previously, Sharene held leadership roles at Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, and Warner Lambert, where Sharene played key roles in HR strategy development and execution. Sharene completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto and furthered her education with executive programs at Harvard and Wharton.
