Lauren Cardoso is a highly motivated and analytical demand planning professional with extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and merchandise planning. They began their career as an Inventory Analyst at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2007 to 2010, where they identified opportunities to improve inventory performance. Lauren then worked at Charming Charlie as an Associate Merchandise Planner and later as an Allocation Analyst until 2014, developing forecasting tools and improving inventory allocation strategies. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Merchandise Planning Systems Analyst and Forecast Analyst at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where they created and maintained forecasts for merchandise categories and developed training materials.
