Hilary Hume Smith is the Head of People at The Carbon Trust, a position held since 2007. Prior to this role, Hilary gained diverse experience at Centrica, serving as Business Finance Manager for Joint Venture Assets and Midstream Electricity Finance Manager, as well as Business Assurance Executive. Hilary began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Executive from 1999 to 2003. They hold a Chartered Accountancy (ACA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and earned a BA with a 2:1 from Oxford University.
