Jennifer Luce is an accomplished quality manager and patient safety officer at Concord Hospital Health System since December 2015, responsible for coordinating resources and initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care within the Quality Performance and Patient Safety department. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a clinical educator at Concord Hospital from June 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included providing clinical support across multiple specialty offices and offering guidance on workflow and best practices. Jennifer's nursing career began at Concord Hospital, working on a medical surgical unit for two years before transitioning to HealthSouth as a registered nurse from May 2009 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Franklin Pierce University and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from NHTI.
