Tom Lawler is the Managing Director and Team Leader for Leveraged Finance at Capital One, where they have been since 2020. Previously, they served as Vice President in Leveraged Finance at Capital One from 2017 to 2020 and worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International from 2014 to 2017. Tom began their finance career as a Credit Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007 and held various roles at the firm until 2012. They hold an MBA in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Spanish from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
