Sofia Liaw is a Principal Project Manager at Capital One, where they lead the Associate Insights and Development components of the Associate Experience for the Enterprise Platforms Technology team. They have a background in process management, having participated in the Management Rotation Program at Capital One, where they became a certified professional scrum master, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a BPM coach. Sofia graduated from Wesleyan University with a triple major in Spanish, Psychology, and Education Studies, completing their degree in three years.
