They have previously served as a Senior Art Director at EdgeMark Partners and Creative Director at Highfill Creative Solutions, where they developed innovative branding and marketing strategies. Jason earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout their career, they have championed a strategy-first approach to design, balancing creativity with functionality. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with their spouse and two children.
