Shawn Furgason is an experienced professional in business architecture and web delivery, having held key positions at several prestigious organizations. Shawn began their career as a Network Administrator at the Arizona Heart Institute and progressed through various roles, including Business/Systems Analyst at MCI Corporation and Manager of Web Delivery at Rockwell Collins. Shawn later took on senior leadership roles at TIAA-CREF and Capital Group | American Funds, where they currently serve as VP/Director overseeing Business Architecture and Intelligent Process Automation. Shawn earned a BS from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
