Molly McIver is currently the VP of HR Data & Technology at Capital Group | American Funds, where they lead the HR Privacy Program and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Capital Group, including VP, Client Services Senior Manager, and VP, Senior Program Manager, where they enhanced customer service and technology experience for a large agent contact center. With a strong background in business management, Molly earned a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Butler University, in addition to participating in a semester abroad at Queensland University of Technology. They possess extensive experience in project management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and are recognized for their exceptional communication skills across diverse teams.
