Sonya Hunt, MBA, currently serves as the General Manager for Bower Place at QuadReal Property Group, a position held since February 2018. Prior to this, Sonya was the General Manager at Bower Place for Bentall Kennedy and managed Pine Centre Mall for Morguard. In these roles, responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, developing property budgets, enforcing contracts, ensuring profitability, and addressing tenant and owner needs. Sonya also has an academic background as a part-time professor at the College of New Caledonia, teaching marketing and management courses, and has experience in small business financing and counseling from a previous role at Community Futures North Cariboo. Sonya's career began as a Commercial Account Manager at RBC and a General Manager at West Park Mall. Sonya earned an MBA from the University of Northern British Columbia and holds a diploma from the College of New Caledonia.
