Timea Toth is currently the People Unit Head and Talent Acquisition Lead at Capgemini, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the customer-serving staff team. With over 10 years of experience in the IT and automotive sectors, Timea has a strong background in EDI and project management, alongside a PRINCE2 practitioner certification. Previously, Timea served as a Service Delivery Project Manager at Capgemini, managing EDI and BI services for automotive clients across multiple locations. Timea began their career at IBM SP Kft as a Logistics Analyst and later contributed to Visteon Corporation in various roles, including EU EDI Manager, overseeing EDI operations across 17 European plants. Timea holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Budapest Business School.
