Rick Noack is currently the Automation Governance Lead at Capgemini, where they oversee the governance of Automation and Citizen Development for federal clients. Previously, they managed the RPA Delivery Center at Capgemini and served as the Intelligent Automation Practice Leader for North America. Prior to their time at Capgemini, Rick worked at Deloitte in various roles including RPA Solution Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Their early career included training as a Microsoft Trainer at New Horizons Orlando. Rick's educational background includes attendance at both Edison Community College and the University of South Florida.
