Renata Papaj is currently the Director of the European Buying Center at Capgemini Group Procurement in Poland, a position held since 2019, following various roles within the company since 2008. Renata has played a pivotal role in establishing the internal group procurement buying center for Capgemini entities across Europe and in supporting category management. They have also contributed significantly to expanding procurement strategies in Eastern Europe and building a Shared Service Center for internal needs. Renata holds an MBA from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie and Oxford Brookes University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in education and European studies from Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie.
