Martin Weis is the CEO of Capgemini Switzerland, where they lead enterprise-wide innovation across life sciences, consumer health, and manufacturing. Previously, Martin held significant roles including Partner at McKinsey & Company, where they founded and led the Enterprise Platform Transformation Practice, and Partner at EY, where they established the Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Analytics practice in Europe. Martin's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Financial Management Consulting at Detecon International GmbH and working in Corporate Controlling at Daimler AG. They hold a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of San Mateo.
