Mark Rushton is a Modern Workplace Architect at Capgemini, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Mark gained experience as a Front End Services Engineer at Maven Securities and as a Senior Engineer at Visa from 2017 to 2020. They also worked as an Engineer at Brevan Howard between 2014 and 2016, and held engineering roles at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2007 and Citigroup from 2000 to 2006.
