Divvya Sippy currently serves as Vice President of Special Projects for the Nordics at HCL Infosystems Ltd. and has been with Capgemini since November 2002, where several Vice President roles were held, including Practice Lead for Custom Software Development and India Transition Lead. In these positions, Divvya Sippy successfully achieved significant growth and transformation within the organization, including establishing a scalable operating model and leading the transition practice to industry leadership status. Prior to these roles, Divvya Sippy was Senior Manager for Recruitment Head at Capgemini Ernst & Young Ltd., where recruitment efforts expanded the organization significantly at minimal costs. Earlier career experiences included various roles in IT companies, focusing on recruitment and training center establishment. Divvya Sippy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, among other esteemed educational qualifications.
