Ajay Baliga is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of multi-functional experience across Strategic Planning, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, and Delivery. They currently serve as the Director of Business and Delivery Operations for the US TMT Business Unit, overseeing operations with a revenue exceeding $1 billion and a workforce of over 14,000. Previously, Ajay held management roles at Capgemini, where they led various initiatives to standardize and transform sales and delivery processes across Europe, and worked with industry leaders like a global automotive manufacturer and telecom provider. Ajay earned an MBA in Strategy, Systems, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the Bangalore Institute of Technology.
