Jeff Gilstrap is the Director of Information Technology at CAP Tulsa, a position held since 2019. Previously, Jeff worked as a Director of Information Technology for the Tulsa City-County Library from 2018 to 2019, and as an IT Application Consultant and Manager of GIS Applications at ONEOK from 2004 to 2014. Jeff studied at Centre College from 1994 to 1996 and attended the University of Kansas in 1996-1997.
