Michelle Houston possesses extensive experience in the corporate sector, particularly within the Canteen Service Company and Canteen One, where professional roles spanned from Vault Manager to National Client Services Manager. As Vault Manager, Michelle played a key role in developing new standard operating procedures that were adopted nationwide. In subsequent roles, responsibilities included building collaborative relationships with high-profile clients, creating multi-million-dollar financial reports, leading troubleshooting efforts for invoicing issues, and managing client service escalations. Michelle is an alumnus of Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College.
