Matthew Guimes is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Cannon Hill Capital Partners, a position they have held since 2022. In this role, Guimes oversees corporate and property accounting, information technology, lease administration, payroll, and risk management, while also managing reporting and taxation for fund investments. Prior to this, Guimes served as Vice President of Real Estate Accounting at Columbia Property Trust from 2020 to 2022 and worked as Principal at Normandy Real Estate Partners from 2006 to 2020.
