Ryan Stan is a highly motivated and organized professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Head of Construction at Canderel Group. They have amassed extensive experience in project management across commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional projects, having previously held positions such as General Superintendent and Regional Manager at Ledcor, as well as Senior Superintendent roles at PCL Construction and EllisDon. Ryan began their career as a Field Engineer at Magil Construction Ontario Inc. and is presently pursuing degrees in Avionics and Leadership at CFB Kingston and CFB Borden. Known for their excellent leadership skills, Ryan effectively communicates with stakeholders at all levels.
