Shai Tabib is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the medical and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Lifecycle & NPI Engineer at Candela Medical since March 2022, Shai focuses on managing new product introduction (NPI) and sustainability projects in the aesthetic field. Prior to this role, Shai held various positions at Lumenis, including Engineering Project Manager and Product Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams and executing production line duplication projects. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KLA-Tencor as a New Product Introduction Engineer and a role at TowerJazz as an R&D CMP and Etch Process Engineer. Shai's career began in the Israeli Air Force as an Avionics Technicians Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from ORT Colleges.
