Kenneth Leung is a seasoned expert in continuous improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as Principal and Founder of Lean TransformLution since 2016, where design and delivery of capability-building programs across various sectors is a primary focus. In addition to leading Lean Consortium initiatives with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, Kenneth held progressive leadership roles in continuous improvement at the City of Mississauga from 2013 to 2024, culminating as Program Manager for the Lean Program & Project Management Support Office. Kenneth also contributed as Chair of the Ontario Lean Municipal Community of Practice from 2020 to 2022, enhancing continuous improvement capabilities in the public sector. Educational credentials include an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, obtained in 2023.
