Endu Gentles currently serves as Vice President of Application Delivery within Technology at both Canada Life and Great-West Lifeco Inc., positions held since April 2025. Prior to this, Endu was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Chief Transformation Officer at Aviso Wealth from April 2022 to January 2025. From April 2018 to April 2022, Endu held the role of Vice President of EPMO, Business Architecture & Analysis at IGM Financial Inc. Earlier in a decade-long tenure at BMO Financial Group from January 2008 to January 2018, Endu served as Managing Director in both the Digitization Program and Business Management, as well as a Business Strategist. Endu holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Industrial Relations, and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
