Alex Dhanani currently serves as the Digital Communications Coordinator at Campus Compact, a national nonprofit organization focused on advancing academic and civic missions in collaboration with communities. In addition, Alex holds the position of Sr. New World Manager and Media Consultant at the Harriet Tubman Effect Institute for Participatory Action Research, which aims to dismantle oppressive structures and empower underrepresented leaders through participatory action research. Previous experience includes roles in business development at OpenHouse, content creation as a Marketing Fellow at Mathison, and founding initiatives like Bedroom Doozies and Project CITM that amplify marginalized voices. Alex's early career also includes sales roles at Complyify, and customer service positions at Target, Starbucks, and Smoothie King. Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
