Allison Aardsma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design research and project management. Currently serving as a Design Researcher at Caleres, Inc. since June 2014, Allison aligns organizational strategic goals with consumer needs through user testing and strategic recommendations. Prior roles include Web Development Project Manager II and Traffic Manager at Caleres, where project facilitation and digital marketing oversight were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes working as an Account Manager at The Kerry Group and various program management roles at Mowalla Productions from 2004 to 2013, where Allison managed substantial budgets and logistics for events. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Stephens College, earned in 2003.
