Donna Nichols has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher and Instructional Technology Facilitator at Caldwell County Schools since August 2006, where collaboration with teachers, students, and administrators focuses on implementing digital tools to enhance student learning. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Media Coordinator and Teacher, and also gained experience as an Insurance Salesman at Russell Banks State Farm Insurance from January 1994 to May 2004. Donna holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University (2004-2006) and two Master's degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology from Appalachian State University (2012-2014), as well as an Associate's degree in Theatre from Western Piedmont Community College (1985-1987).
