They previously held various roles in the financial services sector, including Vice President and Internal Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they received multiple awards for outstanding performance. Lauren's early experience includes internships at BAE Systems and Kronos, where they gained insights into business development and customer experience. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina and studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Autonoma Barcelona.
