Loïc Sanscartier is currently the Manager of Corporate and Securities Law and Assistant Corporate Secretary at CAE, having joined the company in August 2023. Prior to this role, Loïc served as Legal Counsel for M&A and Compliance at Bell, contributing to private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and securities law compliance from December 2021 to August 2023. Loïc also held the position of General Counsel at Effenco, overseeing all legal affairs since May 2021, focusing on corporate financing and governance. Earlier in Loïc's career, experience as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer was gained at McCarthy Tétrault and Stikeman Elliott LLP, addressing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and compliance matters. Loïc's legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from John Molson School of Business, complemented by a Chinese Law Studies Certificate from China University of Political Science and Law.
