Madhavi Rao is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Field Marketing Group Director - EMEAI at Cadence Design Systems. With a wealth of experience in lead generation, branding, and digital marketing, they have played key roles in sales enablement and event strategy execution across India and Europe. Madhavi has also been a site manager for Cadence’s Bangalore location and presided over the internal committee focused on sexual harassment. Active in promoting workplace diversity, Madhavi has mentored several women at Cadence and has contributed to various VLSI Design Conference committees. They hold degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics from Bangalore University, as well as in Social Communications Media from the University of Mumbai.
