Caddo Sustainable Timberlands (Caddo) is a timberland owner with more than 889,000 acres of ownership in Texas and Louisiana.

Our mission is to generate superior financial returns and social impact through sustainable forest management and environmental stewardship. Our silviculture practices are driven by best available science and rigorous decision support tools to optimize returns and maximize the productivity of our timberlands, from site-preparation through final harvest.

Caddo’s offices are location in Lufkin, TX, Jasper, TX and Atlanta, GA. Caddo also has an exclusive relationship with TTG Forestry Services who provides turnkey management for all Caddo timberland assets.
