Sylvain Grouas is currently the Responsable du pôle Nord Gironde Charentes Limousin at Cabinet Merlin, a position held since 2016. Previously, they served as the Responsable du centre opérationnel Sud Ouest at IRH Ingenieur Conseil from 2014 to 2016, overseeing projects related to wastewater and potable water systems.
