Ian Cousins has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as the Manager of Value Centre Kilkenny at BWG Foods UC since July 2006, overseeing operations, sales, and budgeting. Previously, Ian held various managerial roles, including General Manager and Branch Manager at the same company, and a temporary branch manager dual role at another site. Prior to BWG Foods, Ian worked as a Foodservice Key Account Manager at Stafford Lynch, where responsibilities included developing strategic sales plans. Earlier experience includes roles at Masterfoods, eircom, and ownership of Cousins Chauffeur Drive, complemented by a strong educational background in business management from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and additional studies in business.
