Tom Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automation, sales, and project management within the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Since October 2025, Tom has served as the Director of Automation & Integration at BW Packaging. Prior to this role, Tom was the Sales Director EMEA at BW Integrated Systems from February 2022 to November 2025. Tom's career began at Krones, where various positions included Technical Sales Manager and Business Development Team Leader from September 2015 to February 2022. Earlier, Tom held the role of Project Engineer at Harland Machine Systems and started as a Mechanical Technician at Catalent. Tom holds an ONC & HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Wigan & Leigh College, attained from 2010 to 2014, and completed secondary education at Westhoughton High School from 2003 to 2008.
