Lisa Fathalla is a registered architect based on Gadi Country, holding experience as a designer at companies such as Graphite Architects and Grimshaw from 2007 to 2014. Lisa served as a design tutor at the University of Sydney from 2010 to 2015 and has been involved with the Australian Institute of Architects' Gender Equity Taskforce since 2024. With a background in architecture education from the University of Sydney and participation in an exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology, Lisa has cultivated a diverse skill set in digital fabrication and leadership within the architecture field. Lisa held various positions, including Practice Director and Senior Associate at Architecture BVN between 2018 and 2021, and Associate at Woods Bagot from 2014 to 2018.
