Samantha Nutt is a skilled Staff Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in the field of geological engineering. Samantha's career began as an Environmental Engineering Intern at Smith & Co. Engineers, where responsibilities included project oversight for underground storage tank removals and designing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans. Following this, Samantha served as a Recruiting Representative for the Geological Engineering Program at Missouri S&T, promoting the field of study to prospective students. From January 2013 to January 2019, Samantha worked at Geotechnology, Inc., providing technical assistance for subsurface structures and overseeing project management for critical construction projects. Currently, Samantha is employed at Burns & McDonnell as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer. Samantha holds a Master of Engineering in Geotechnics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
