Rachel Hardtke is an experienced Water/Wastewater Designer at Burgess & Niple, a position held since July 2023, following an earlier role as a Water/Wastewater Engineer Co-op at the same company from January to August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Environmental Intern at DJJ-The David J Joseph Company, where Rachel prepared Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and conducted facility audits for compliance. Additionally, Rachel worked as an Air Quality Engineer Co-op at Optim Environmental Resources, reviewing EPA permits and evaluating regulatory applications. Early experience includes an internship at URBAN BLOOMS, focusing on grant applications for nonprofit projects. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2023.
