Cara Amores is a seasoned people and culture leader with a robust background in human resources, performance management, and organizational development. They have held key positions in various industries, including serving as Human Resources Director at MTV Networks Australia and Head of HR for Groupon in the APAC region. Currently, Cara is the Head of People at Buildkite and has previously designed and executed a people strategy as Chief People Officer at We Are Unity. Cara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Arts from Macquarie University and a Master’s in Labour Law and Labour Relations from the University of Sydney.
