Lisa Forbes serves as General Counsel at Builders Vision, an impact platform focused on fostering a more humane and healthy planet through philanthropy, investment, and advocacy, since January 2019. Prior to this role, Lisa held significant positions including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Legal Counsel at Uptake, as well as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Legal at Sheffield Asset Management, L.L.C. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Lateral Link and Deputy General Counsel at Deerfield Capital Management. Lisa began her legal career as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
