Jessica Franco, PHRca, has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an Administrative Assistant at Elliot & Associates, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Jessica transitioned to BMC - Building Materials and Construction Services in June 2005, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager until October 2021. Following the merger with Builders FirstSource on January 1, 2021, Jessica continued as the Human Resources Manager and currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Builders FirstSource. Jessica Franco attended the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2017 for further education.
