Mohamad Mhana is an experienced project management professional with a background in mechanical engineering. They began as a Project Engineer and later transitioned to roles including Mechanical Design Engineer at Outotec from 2015 to 2017. Following this, Mohamad held various positions at Bühler Group, culminating in their current role as Head of Project Management for the Business Area Leybold Optics since 2024, after serving as Head of Project Management for the Business Unit Energy. Additionally, they contributed to academia as a lecturer at Hochschule RheinMain from 2016 to 2017. Mohamad earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from DHBW Mannheim between 2012 and 2015.
