Hugo Lemanski is a seasoned People Strategy and Program Manager with a strong passion for enhancing the employee experience and driving people transformation. They currently serve as the Head of Digital Workplace Strategy at BT Group, having previously held roles such as People Tech Program Manager at Imperial Brands PLC and People Tech and Operations Lead at Deliveroo. In addition to their corporate experience, Hugo founded a successful street food business at Borough Market, serving up to 300 covers a day. They hold a 2:1 degree in History from the University of Southampton, which they are currently pursuing.
