Terri Allen is an experienced professional in the field of emergency services, currently serving as Department Manager of Fire Protection Programs and Emergency & Protective Services at Bruce Power since January 2008. In this role, Terri oversees five duty crews and ensures a safe and diverse workforce while managing drills, emergencies, and daily operations. Responsibilities include driving accountability among teams, fostering career development, and supervising mid-sized crews during emergency situations. Prior experience includes a role as a Paramedic at Bruce County EMS from 2007 to 2014. Terri is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Business in Emergency Services Management at Lakeland College, with additional educational background from Lambton College.
