Sara Wintz is an experienced academic and communications professional currently serving as the Academic Department Manager for the Department of Egyptology & Assyriology at Brown University, where significant achievements include implementing ADA accessibility, enhancing faculty and student engagement, and coordinating a visual identity redesign. Previous roles encompass supporting Native American and Indigenous studies, managing communication strategies, and producing content for various academic initiatives. Wintz has also gained experience as a freelance journalist and a staff writer focused on poetry at Harriet, alongside marketing and educational roles in the arts and academic settings.
