Joel Barnes is a process mechanical designer with experience in innovative design, currently working at Brown and Caldwell while also engaging as an international humanitarian worker aiding Polish locals and Ukrainian refugees. Previously, Joel co-led a team at ISG to engineer fiber to the home solutions and has worked in various design and technical roles, including positions at Mi-Tech Services and UPS. Joel holds a 4.0 in CAD Drafting and earned a certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship. They are currently pursuing a degree in Special Education at North Central University.
