Joseph Mercogliano, MCJ/MPA, serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Broward College and an Advanced & Specialized Instructor at Tallahassee State College. With extensive experience as a Police Officer in the City of Plantation since 1990, Joseph has held key roles including Police Academy Supervisor and Training Unit leader. Joseph contributes as a Subject Matter Expert for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and is involved in multiple initiatives, such as providing active shooter training for civilians and instructing bleeding control courses. Joseph's education includes a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree from Union Institute & University.
