Mary Ann O'Neal is the Divisional Director of Clinical Services at Brookdale Senior Living, where they oversee multi-state assisted living and dementia care communities. They previously served as the Regional Director of Healthcare Services at Brookdale from 2007 to 2013 and have held leadership roles at Kindred Healthcare and Harborside Healthcare, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality assurance. A board-certified gerontology RN and assisted living nurse, they were a member of the INALA Board of Directors from 2008 to 2014, serving as Vice Chairman and Chair. Mary Ann holds an AAS in Nursing from Purdue University Calumet and is pursuing further education in the School of Nursing there.
