Denis Mink is the Head of Sales and Solution Engineering for the Agile Operations Division at Broadcom Inc., leading the Global Solution Engineering Team. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Denis began their career as an engineer in the Aerospace industry before transitioning to software at Rational Software, which was later acquired by IBM. Since joining Broadcom in 2019, Denis has focused on delivering data-driven BizOps solutions to enhance organizational agility and digital transformation. Previously, they held various positions at IBM, achieving significant milestones in strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Outside of work, Denis is a husband and father who enjoys volunteering at swim meets and cycling.
