Deeksha Misri

Computational Associate II

Deeksha Misri is a Computational Associate II at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, focusing on multi-omics and behavior in the Sheng Lab at the Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research. Previously, Deeksha held multiple research roles at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, including extensive bioinformatics and wet lab work on coral species in the Bhattacharya Lab and inflammation studies related to environmental pollutants in the Laskin Lab. As a Teaching Assistant in Physics and an Academic Coach, Deeksha facilitated learning and support for students. Additionally, Deeksha contributed to the Aresty Research Center as a Research Advisory Board Member and participated in the Aresty Rutgers Undergraduate Research Journal Reviewer Program. Deeksha earned a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from Rutgers University in 2023.
